Because our products are research compounds, returns are handled under strict conditions to protect product integrity and safety.
Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code you may cancel a purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving it and be refunded in full, including shipping. Beyond that, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. In both cases the product must remain unopened, sealed and in its original packaging.
For integrity and safety reasons, opened, unsealed or reconstituted items cannot be returned. Bacteriostatic water and clearance items may be non-returnable.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or the exercise of the statutory 7-day right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions or where research-use terms have not been observed.
