Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered across Brazil.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Areas
Orders are delivered to the address provided, subject to courier coverage and local availability.
Delivery Timings
All orders ship from within Brazil. Delivery time depends on the state and the service you choose and is shown on each option at checkout. Timings are estimates and may vary with carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination state and the service available there — PAC or SEDEX (Correios), or motoboy, depending on the state. The table below shows the current rates; the method and cost you select are saved on your order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued by email once your order is dispatched, where the selected courier supports tracking.
Delivery Across Brazil
We deliver to every state in Brazil. The services available in each state — Correios (PAC and SEDEX) or motoboy — are listed in the rate table. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-dispatch fee.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is not delivered within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Restrictions
All products are supplied for research use only. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
